InterlockMolecular's technology stack lets you combine antibodies, antigens, and nucleic acid detectors in up to three AND criteria for your choice of read-out mechanism.

Binders

  • Antibodies: Choose from our panel of 500 validated targets, or contact our Service division for custom work.
  • Antigens: Detect auto-antibodies with ease.
  • Nucleic acid: CNVs, RNAs, etc.

AND criteria

  • All three binders need to co-localize for the circularized InterLock to form.

Readout

  • qPCR for smaller panels and semi-quantitative data.
  • NGS with UMIs for larger panels, larger cohorts, and digital, quantitative data.
  • NGS lets you discriminate between high-avidity / low-concentration and low-avidity / high-concentration.
